Directory listings, billing and retention

Your business profile information and selected photos are public when your listing is published. Your account email is private unless you also choose to publish it in your business content. Stripe and PayPal process payments; we retain transaction references, invoice and order details, and any masked payment details supplied by the provider. We do not store full card numbers or card security codes.

Unpaid drafts are scheduled for permanent deletion after 72 hours, including their listing details, contact email and photos not used elsewhere. This does not delete your user account. Order and transaction records may be retained separately for accounting, fraud prevention and legal obligations. Cancelling a paid add-on stops future renewals; it does not delete your account, paid base listing or billing history.

The Directory is not intended for use by children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 18. If we become aware that a child under the age of 18 has provided us with personal information, we will delete that information from our database.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make any changes to this Privacy Policy, we will post the revised policy on the Directory. Your continued use of the Directory following any changes will indicate your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
